Baggage allowance
All passengers are permitted one free carry-on bag and one personal item. Checked baggage fees are $35 for the first bag and $45 for the second bag, with standard weight limits of 50 lbs (23 kg) per bag. First Class passengers and elite status members receive complimentary checked baggage.
Change policy
Horizon Airlines offers complete flexibility by eliminating change and cancellation fees for all Main and First Class fares. Saver fares are strictly non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled once the standard 24-hour booking window has passed.
Check-in
