Baggage allowance
All passengers receive an allowance of one carry-on bag (up to 8kg) and one small personal item free of charge. Checked baggage (up to 23kg) is included in Plus and Flex fares, while Basic fare travelers can purchase checked baggage for an additional fee.
Change policy

Check-in
