Baggage allowance
All passengers receive a generous hand baggage allowance including one cabin bag (up to 23kg) and one personal item. Checked baggage depends on the fare class: Basic fares do not include checked luggage, Standard Economy includes one 23kg bag, and Business/First classes include up to three 32kg bags.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility varies by fare type. Basic fares typically incur change fees plus any fare difference. Standard and Premium fares offer more flexible rebooking options, while fully flexible tickets allow changes and cancellations with minimal or no penalties.
Check-in
