Baggage allowance
All fares include one personal item. Carry-on bags (up to 10kg) and checked baggage (up to 23kg) are included in Classic, Flex, and Business fares, but must be purchased separately for Basic fares.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility is based on the fare family selected. Flex and Business fares allow date or time changes without penalty fees (fare differences may apply). Basic and Classic fares permit changes for an additional fee.
Check-in
