Baggage allowance
Economy passengers are allowed 1 carry-on bag up to 10kg (22lbs) and a personal item. Checked baggage is typically 1 piece up to 23kg (50lbs) for most international routes, or 2 pieces up to 23kg each for routes to/from the Americas.
Change policy
Flight changes are permitted subject to the original fare rules. Standard economy tickets generally require a change fee plus any fare difference, whereas flexible or premium tickets may allow changes with reduced or no fees.
Check-in
