Baggage allowance
Passengers are permitted one free carry-on bag and one personal item. For checked luggage, the first bag is $35 and the second is $45. Mileage Plan elite members, First Class passengers, and eligible Alaska Airlines credit cardholders receive complimentary checked bags.
Change policy
Alaska Airlines has eliminated change and cancellation fees for all Main Cabin and First Class fares (fare differences may apply). Saver fares are strictly non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled after the standard 24-hour booking window.
Check-in
Online and mobile app check-in opens 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes 40 minutes prior to domestic flights (60 minutes for international). Airport kiosks and full-service check-in desks are also available.
