Key policies
Baggage allowance
All passengers receive one free personal item. Standard and Premium fares include a carry-on (up to 10 kg/22 lbs) and at least one complimentary checked bag weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Basic fares require a fee for checked luggage.
Change policy
Flexible booking options available. Basic fares are non-refundable, Standard fares can be changed for a nominal fee, and Premium fares offer fully complimentary changes and cancellations up to 2 hours before departure.
Check-in
