Baggage allowance
Standard scheduled flights typically allow up to 15-20 kg of checked baggage and 5 kg of carry-on baggage. Safari and remote routes may strictly enforce a 15 kg total limit requiring soft-sided bags.
Change policy
Flight changes are permitted subject to availability, a modification fee, and any applicable fare difference. Changes must generally be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.
