Key policies
Baggage allowance
All fares include one personal item (max 40x30x20 cm) that must fit under the seat in front of you. Carry-on bags and checked luggage up to 23kg can be purchased separately or are fully included in Standard and Premium fare bundles.
Change policy
Flexibility is tied to your fare class. Basic fares are generally non-refundable and unchangeable, while Standard and Premium fares offer enhanced flexibility, allowing changes up to 24 hours before departure (fare differences may apply).
Check-in
Online check-in opens 24 hours and strictly closes 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure. To avoid airport processing fees, passengers are strongly encouraged to check in online and download their digital boarding pass.
