Key policies
Baggage allowance
International Economy allows up to 30kg of checked baggage, while Domestic Economy allows 16kg. Business Class passengers enjoy up to 40kg internationally and 20kg domestically. All passengers are entitled to one 7kg carry-on, with Business Class allowed two 7kg pieces.
Change policy
Flight change flexibility depends on the fare class purchased. Economy Saver fares incur change fees, Economy Flex allows changes with minimal fees plus applicable fare differences, and Business Class offers complimentary changes. Name changes are strictly not permitted.
Check-in
Online check-in opens 24 hours and closes 3 hours before departure. For airport check-in, counters close 45 minutes before domestic flights and 60 minutes before international departures. Early arrival at the terminal is highly recommended.
