Baggage allowance
Economy Class typically includes two checked bags up to 23kg each on most international routes. Business Class and Premium Economy passengers enjoy two pieces up to 32kg each. All passengers are permitted one piece of hand luggage (up to 10kg) and one small personal item.
Change policy
Flight modifications depend on the fare conditions. Standard and Premium fares offer greater flexibility for date and route changes (subject to fare difference), while promotional Economy tickets may incur change fees or be non-refundable. Name changes are generally not permitted.
Check-in
Online check-in is available from 24 hours up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. Airport check-in counters typically open 3 hours before departure and close strictly 60 minutes prior to boarding for international flights.
