Key policies

Baggage allowance

1 standard carry-on item (max 55 x 40 x 23 cm) and 1 personal item are included free of charge on all fares. Checked baggage allowance varies by route and fare class: Basic and Standard Economy fares typically charge a fee for the first checked bag on domestic and US routes, while international and premium fares generally include 1 or 2 free checked bags (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs each).

Change policy

Basic Economy tickets are strictly non-changeable and non-refundable. Standard fares incur a change fee plus any applicable fare difference. Flex, Comfort, Latitude, and Premium fares offer greater flexibility with reduced or waived change fees, though you must pay any fare difference.

Check-in

Online and mobile app check-in opens 24 hours prior to departure. Airport check-in and baggage drop cutoff times are typically 45 minutes before departure for domestic Canadian flights, and 60 minutes for flights to the US and international destinations.
