Baggage allowance

Economy fares typically included one carry-on bag (up to 8kg) plus a personal item. Checked baggage allowance depended on the fare class: FlyClassic and FlyFlex included one 23kg checked bag, while JustFly fares were hand-baggage only.

Change policy

Change policies varied by fare class. JustFly tickets were generally non-changeable, FlyClassic fares allowed changes for a fee plus any fare difference, and FlyFlex fares permitted changes without a penalty fee.

Check-in
