Baggage allowance
All passengers are entitled to one personal item and one standard carry-on bag (up to 8kg). Checked baggage allowances depend on the purchased fare family, with Standard and Premium tiers including at least one 23kg checked bag.
Change policy
Flight modifications and cancellations are governed by fare rules. Basic fares do not permit changes, Standard fares allow changes for a fee plus any fare difference, and Premium fares offer complimentary modifications.
