Baggage allowance
All passengers are entitled to one personal item and one standard carry-on bag weighing up to 8kg (17 lbs). Standard and Flexible fare classes also include a complimentary allowance for at least one checked bag weighing up to 23kg (50 lbs), making it highly convenient for longer domestic trips.
Change policy
Flight changes are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Applicable change fees and fare differences vary depending on the ticket class purchased. Basic promotional fares are typically non-refundable and incur the highest change penalties.
Check-in
