Baggage allowance
Economy Class passengers enjoy a checked baggage allowance of 20kg to 30kg based on fare type. Premium Economy and Royal Silk (Business) Class include up to 40kg, while Royal First Class allows up to 50kg. All passengers are permitted one carry-on bag up to 7kg.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depends on the fare conditions. Flexi fares offer complimentary changes, whereas Super Save or Saver fares may incur change fees and fare differences. Modifications can be conveniently made via the online 'Manage Booking' tool.
Check-in
