Key policies
Baggage allowance
Economy Class includes 20kg of checked baggage and 8kg of hand luggage. Business Class passengers enjoy a 30kg checked baggage allowance and two pieces of hand luggage up to 8kg each. Infants without a dedicated seat are allowed 10kg of checked baggage plus a collapsible stroller.
Change policy
Ticket change policies depend on the fare class purchased. Flexible fares allow date and time changes with minimal or no fees, while promotional fares may be restrictive and incur standard change penalties. Any fare differences apply if the newly selected flight is in a higher fare bracket.
Check-in
Online check-in is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours before departure. Airport check-in counters open 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before regional international flights. Counters close strictly 45 minutes prior to domestic departures and 50 minutes prior to regional departures.
