Baggage allowance
Economy Class generally includes one checked bag up to 23 kg (50 lbs) depending on the fare tier, while Crown Class passengers enjoy an allowance of two checked bags up to 32 kg (70 lbs) each. Carry-on limits are typically 7 kg for Economy and two 7 kg pieces for Crown Class.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility varies by fare family. Economy Saver tickets are highly restrictive with fees for changes, Economy Flex offers reduced change penalties, and Crown Class provides maximum flexibility for date changes and cancellations with minimal or waived fees.
Check-in
