Baggage allowance
All passengers are entitled to one piece of carry-on baggage weighing up to 8 kg (maximum dimensions: 55x40x20 cm). Checked baggage allowances depend on the fare family and route, typically starting at 15 kg for domestic flights and 20 kg for international flights. Additional baggage weight can be purchased online at discounted rates prior to departure.
Change policy
Flight change and cancellation rules are dictated by the fare type purchased. Promotional and Eco fares are generally non-refundable and subject to high change fees. Check-in
