Baggage allowance
Economy passengers were permitted one piece of hand luggage up to 8kg (maximum dimensions 55 x 40 x 20 cm) plus a small personal item. Standard fares like FlyClassic included one checked bag up to 23kg, while light fares were hand-luggage only.
Change policy
Ticket flexibility depended strictly on the fare class. Promotional and basic fares were non-refundable and could not be changed. Classic fares allowed changes for a dedicated fee plus fare difference, whereas Flex fares offered complimentary rebooking and full refunds.
Check-in
