Baggage allowance
Economy passengers are permitted one carry-on bag (up to 8kg) and one personal item. Checked baggage allowances range from one 23kg bag in Standard Economy to two 32kg bags in Premium classes.
Change policy
No change fees on Standard and Premium fares (fare difference may apply). Basic Economy tickets are non-refundable but can be credited for future travel minus a standard cancellation fee.
